  • Prevents that dust is polluting the filling products
  • Our standard: a dust proof band in sewn on two           sides under safety stitch on body & bottom, on             request bag can be sewn 100% dust proof            (also top seam)
  • Even filling under pressure can be executed easier

Pe - innerliner




  • The best protection against moisture
  • Excellent for hygroscopic materials
  • Bottom standard: welded (sealed) delivered  inserted into outerbag or delivered apart
    Available quality:
        30-1000 cm circumference
        70-250 microns
    Standard color: Transparant
  • Other colors available, gusset available
  • All liners food quality (FDA/BGA)
  • Additional inner ties available for seperate           binding of the liner
  • Conductive ("anti-static") also available
  • About other liners as aluminium, EVOH,                 HDPE or CO-EX, we will advise you person-            ally

"Inkofix"






  • Preshaped liner with preshaped filling and discharging spouts, according to the outer               bag, standard diameter:

    • 25-65 cm

    Filling skirt and open top also available

  • For special needs, difficult filling materials                   or for multiuse the liner can be manufactured               with tabs (8 tabs in total) or flap (4 flaps in total          at each edge) so the inkofix is sewn with the            vertical seams of the outer PP-bag, which      eliminates any glueing
  • Inkofix is even suitable for products which              could not been handled with a liner, but the             risks that the liner is slipping out is now          eliminated
  • All types are also available with conductive ("anti-static") quality

"Q-Inkofix"




  • Designed for Q-UNO with pe-liner
  • Preshaped liner with preshaped filling and discharging spouts possible, according to the        outer bag
    Standard diameter:    25-65 cm
  • Filling skirt and open top also available
  • Should be fitted with tabs or flaps as normal        inkofix
  • Is also available with conductive ("anti-static") quality
